Account Setup

Q: How do I create an account?

  1. Download the Vysya Setu app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
  2. Tap “Sign Up” and enter your details
  3. Verify your email address
  4. Complete your profile information
  5. Submit verification documents (if required)

Q: What verification is required? To ensure our community’s authenticity, we verify members through:

Q: How do I update my profile?

  1. Open the app and tap your profile picture
  2. Select “Edit Profile”
  3. Update your information
  4. Tap “Save Changes”

Q: Can I change my email or phone number? Yes! Go to Settings > Account > Contact Information. You’ll need to verify the new contact details.

Community Networking

Q: How do I connect with other members?

Q: Who can see my profile? Only verified Vysya Setu members can view full profiles. You can adjust privacy settings in your account preferences.

Business Directory

Q: How do I add my business?

  1. Go to Business Directory
  2. Tap “Add Business”
  3. Fill in business details
  4. Upload logo and images
  5. Choose free or premium listing
  6. Submit for review

Q: What’s the difference between free and premium listings?

Events

Q: How do I register for events?

  1. Browse Events section
  2. Select an event
  3. Tap “Register”
  4. Complete payment (if required)
  5. Receive confirmation email

Q: Can I organize my own event? Yes! Premium members can create and promote events. Contact support@vysyasetu.com for details.

Q: What subscription plans are available?

Free Plan:

Premium Plan (₹999/month or ₹9,999/year):

Q: How do I upgrade to Premium?

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Choose your plan (Monthly/Annual)
  3. Complete payment
  4. Features activate immediately

Q: Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, cancel anytime in Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Access continues until the billing period ends.
