Account Setup
Q: How do I create an account?
- Download the Vysya Setu app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Tap “Sign Up” and enter your details
- Verify your email address
- Complete your profile information
- Submit verification documents (if required)
Q: What verification is required? To ensure our community’s authenticity, we verify members through:
- Valid government ID
- Community membership documentation
- Professional credentials (for business listings)
Profile Management
Q: How do I update my profile?
- Open the app and tap your profile picture
- Select “Edit Profile”
- Update your information
- Tap “Save Changes”
Q: Can I change my email or phone number? Yes! Go to Settings > Account > Contact Information. You’ll need to verify the new contact details.

Community Networking
Q: How do I connect with other members?
- Browse the Member Directory
- Use filters to find members by location, profession, or interests
- Send connection requests
- Join community groups
Q: Who can see my profile? Only verified Vysya Setu members can view full profiles. You can adjust privacy settings in your account preferences.
Business Directory
Q: How do I add my business?
- Go to Business Directory
- Tap “Add Business”
- Fill in business details
- Upload logo and images
- Choose free or premium listing
- Submit for review
Q: What’s the difference between free and premium listings?
- Free: Basic information, limited visibility
- Premium: Featured placement, enhanced profile, analytics, contact buttons
Events
Q: How do I register for events?
- Browse Events section
- Select an event
- Tap “Register”
- Complete payment (if required)
- Receive confirmation email
Q: Can I organize my own event? Yes! Premium members can create and promote events. Contact support@vysyasetu.com for details.

Q: What subscription plans are available?
Free Plan:
- Basic profile and networking
- Limited directory access
- View community content
Premium Plan (₹999/month or ₹9,999/year):
- Enhanced business listing
- Unlimited connections

Q: How do I upgrade to Premium?
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Choose your plan (Monthly/Annual)
- Complete payment
- Features activate immediately
Q: Can I cancel my subscription? Yes, cancel anytime in Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Access continues until the billing period ends.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)

- Annual Plans: 7-day money-back guarantee (if unused)

Reporting Issues

- Select “Report”
- Choose a reason
- Provide details (optional)
- Submit report
Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
Q: What happens after I report something?
- Our moderation team investigates
- Violating content is removed
- Serious violations result in account suspension
- You’ll be notified of the outcome
