Eligibility

You may NOT use our Services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Post offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Engage in commercial activities outside designated areas

Content Guidelines

User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for content you post, including:

• Text, images, videos, and other materials
• Profile information and business listings
• Comments, reviews, and messages
• Event posts and community contributions

Content License

By posting content, you grant Vysya Setu:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license
• To use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content
• For the purpose of operating and promoting our Services
• You retain ownership of your original content

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review, monitor, and moderate all content
• Remove or refuse content that violates these Terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
• Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary

Prohibited Content

Do not post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Infringes intellectual property
• Contains explicit or adult material
• Promotes violence or self-harm
• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent

Community Standards

As a member of the Vysya Setu community, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect and dignity
• Honor the cultural values and traditions of the Vysya community
• Maintain professional conduct in business interactions
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of others
• Report violations of these Terms
• Participate constructively in community discussions

Business Directory and Listings

Business Profiles

• You may create a business listing in our directory
• Information must be accurate and up-to-date
• You must have authority to represent the business
• Free and premium listing options are available

Business Conduct

• All business activities must comply with applicable laws
• Transactions between members are independent of Vysya Setu
• We do not endorse or guarantee any business or transaction
• Disputes should be resolved directly between parties

Events and Activities

Event Participation

• Event details are provided for informational purposes
• Registration may be required for certain events
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or cancel events
• Refund policies are specified for paid events

Event Conduct

• Attendees must follow event-specific rules
• Inappropriate behavior may result in removal
• We are not liable for events organized by third parties

Premium Services and Payments

Subscription Plans

• Premium features require paid subscriptions
• Pricing and features are subject to change with notice
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• Cancellation procedures are available in account settings

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party processors
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase (for annual plans)
• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
• Services must not have been substantially used

• Download and use our mobile applications

Restrictions

We do not guarantee that our Services will meet your requirements or be available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VYSYA SETU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• User-generated content or actions of other users
• Third-party services or links
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vysya Setu, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Infringement of any intellectual property or other rights

• Interactions with other users

Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Effect of Termination

In case of any discrepancy between English and translated versions, the English version prevails.
