Getting started
Sign in with your phone number and set up the Sangam: its name, its place, and its units or branches if it has them.
We confirm the Sangam is real and that you represent it. Until then you can prepare everything; the verified badge appears once we finish.
Post one link in your WhatsApp groups. Anyone who opens it can ask to join, and nobody becomes a member until you confirm them.
Review each request and confirm the people you know. Each confirmed member gets a membership card at once.
Write it once in Vysya Setu, then share the poster or link on WhatsApp as you always have.
What you get
Help requests checked by your own volunteers, matrimony for confirmed members, and family profiles Coming soon
Yes, if it confirms its own members and chooses its own office-bearers. The name does not matter: Vysya Setu works the same way for a Sangam, Sabha, Mahasabha, Samiti, association, or federation. A women's or youth wing that confirms its own members can join as a Sangam in its own right. Every member must be 18 or older.
No. Keep your groups. Vysya Setu is where the official version lives, and every poster or link you share points back to it.
Members can open Vysya Setu in any phone browser, in Telugu or English. Text is large, and any notice can be read aloud. iPhone and Android apps are on the way.
Only your Sangam's own members, and only if you keep the member directory switched on. Other Sangams never see it, and Vysya Setu never sells it.
No. One account holds several memberships. Each Sangam keeps its own records about that person, and none of them sees the others'.
The outgoing administrators grant roles to the new ones. Records, notices, and events stay with the Sangam, so nothing is lost with a phone or a notebook.
Not in Vysya Setu. We don't handle money. Dues tracking, without payments, is being considered for a later release.
